Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager...

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for customers.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure safety for customers and staff at all times.
• Note: You will need to have or be able to acquire a personal license.
