Job description

We are seeking a General Manager for the Woodlark in Bordon, Hampshire, with a salary of up to £42.5k plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest pub chains, operating over 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage the Woodlark and drive its success.

About the pub

The Woodlark is located on a main roundabout near a business park with good transport links and high passing traffic due to nearby supermarkets. It has a strong community reputation, popular with families, retirees, and tradespeople for after-work drinks.

We seek a community pub operator with a proven track record in local engagement and sports. The ideal candidate will be passionate about team leadership and guest experience, with excellent people skills and a commitment to service excellence.
