Bee Hospitality in Hitchin is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead and inspire a large management team while never losing sight of the details that create exceptional hospitality.

This truly special venue blends 2 AA Rosette-standard food, year‑round weddings and events, and 20+ boutique bedrooms.

Backed by a supportive, people‑first hospitality group, you will drive standards, culture and continuous improvement as you take the business to the next level.
