Job summary

Vercity are currently recruiting for a General Manager at one of our flagship projects at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in Greenwich. You will have strong PFI/PPP experience within a major hospital setting and have a background either in Operational / General or Commercial Management within similar projects.

Reporting to the Portfolio Director you will lead an experienced, and capable team and be the direct liaison between the Trust, the investor, the contractor and the hospital - it's staff,

Qualifications

• Experience leading SPV/PFI/PPP hospital projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital or regulated service settings.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to operate at board and executive level.
• UK-based with on-site presence required.

You will have strong PFI/PPP experience within a major hospital setting and have a background either in Operational / General or Commercial Management within similar projects. This senior role has full accountability for contract delivery, stakeholder management and financial performance, acting as the key interface between NHS partners, shareholders and service providers.
