Job summary

The Stag on the River is looking for an inspiring General Manager to champion exceptional hospitality, guide a passionate team, and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee service, staffing, stock and finances; lead with purpose; grow the business; and build local relationships to strengthen the neighbourhood’s favourite pub. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership: a proven track record in running premium pubs, restaurants, or boutique venues.
• Commercial awareness: strong financial understanding and ability to drive business performance.
