Restaurant General Manager - Surrey - Up To 45k + Bonus

We are looking for a passionate, guest-focused, and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join a brilliant independent restaurant group team in Surrey, serving up fresh food to a loyal guest base. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and inspiring a dedicated team. Your role will be vital to the success of the restaurant as they continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Be highly guest-facing, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience and exceptional service
Lead and motivate a team, creating a positive, team-oriented environment
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, financials, and standards of food and service
Maintain attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in every aspect of the restaurant's offering
Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a growing business, while consistently maintaining a high standard of service
Drive the performance of your team, coaching and developing them to meet and exceed goals

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a management role within a branded restaurant environment
A strong passion for delivering excellent food and outstanding guest service
Very guest-facing, with an ability to connect with customers and create an inviting atmosphere
Team-oriented, with a focus on building a positive, motivated team
Ability to work during peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Solid financial management skills and business acumen
A commitment to upholding the highest standards across the restaurant
