Job summary

Tortilla in Derby is recruiting a General Manager on a full-time, permanent contract. You will lead operations, guest experience and a happy, high-performing team at the site, maintaining high standards of food quality and service while keeping the team motivated.

The role offers a salary up to £37,000 per annum plus an achievable bonus up to £10,000 per year, flexible working, free meals, generous holiday entitlement, wellbeing support and ongoing training as part of our growing restaurant

Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our team in Derby! You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum plus an amazing, achievable bonus worth up to £10,000 per year.

What We’re Looking For In Our General Manager

We’d love you to have a good understanding of GP & Labour control whilst being passionate about food and at your happiest looking after customers. We’ll need you to train, inspire & develop a happy team to ensure that every guest gets the amazing food and service we’re famous for! It’s great if you’ve worked in a similar QSR environment but we’d also love to hear from you if you’ve spent time running a bar, restaurant or contract catering unit. As long as you’re passionate about delivering amazing service then you’re probably our kind of amigo!
