Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 a year

What will you be doing in the restaurant?
- Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service, fulfilling customers' hunger needs and making a difference in our communities.
- Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate capacity and a positive, welcoming environment.
- Maintain a positive family culture by coaching, disciplining, and hiring suitable applicants.
- Oversee ordering and inventory to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the restaurant clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
- Support your team in handling various situations and resolving customer and employee concerns.
- Execute marketing plans effectively to encourage repeat visits.
- Review financial statements and progress with the District Manager, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance everyone's quality of life.

Requirements to join the DReaM Team
- A desire for personal and professional growth, with strong relationship skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food items.
- Drive, punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or equivalent education.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance, with a good driving record.
- Flexible hours and ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
- Satisfactory background check and age of at least 18 years.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
