We are seeking a General Manager in Dundee to join our Beefeater team!

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £39,250-£42,500 (Opportunity to earn up to 50% bonus)

Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers are key to our business success. Your role involves creating a winning team and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
2. Inspire, develop, and lead your management and staff, ensuring high retention.
3. Maximise revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Manage controllable costs and site P&L effectively.
5. Support the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
6. Drive high performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
7. Maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Show passion for the brand and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident in delivering brand values.
9. Ensure health and safety standards are met.
10. Focus on achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
