We are working with a fantastic leading seafood business, who have been a key supplier to hotels, restaurants, and foodservice operators across the South for over 25 years. With a reputation for outstanding quality and service, they are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead their acquired Smoked Fish production facility, set in a stunning location, near Salisbury.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role within food production, ideally in seafood or smoked goods. Strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of food safety are essential.
Strong knowledge and HACCP Level 3 and Food Manufacturing Level 3 qualifications are also required.
