About the pub

The Maple Tree is a community pub located in Balby Plantation, on the edge of a modern housing estate.

We delight guests with our community menu & pizza kitchen. The pub currently trades at an average of £24,000 per week in net sales, with a 60/40 sales mix favoring food.

This is an ideal platform for an experienced operator with a flair for engaging with the local community, driving sales in a high-volume, branded-food environment. There is scope to introduce regular events to maximize business success.

Management accommodation includes a 3-bedroom flat with an open-plan living area.
