Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable for various KPIs and is responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and developing an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description

The Responsibilities:

• Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
• Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
• Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
• Ensure delivery of central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE at the highest standard
• Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
• Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
• Complete operational processes regularly and to a high standard
• Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
• React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
• Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
• Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adaptability in communication and management styles
• Positive, solutions-driven mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
