We are ACTIVELY recruting for this vacancy during lock-down.

Our client is a main car dealership who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused General Manager / Dealer principal to come on board with this ever growing team. Working for a well-established dealership group this company has opportunities for the right candidate to progress their career.

The type of person we are looking for the role of General Manager will have excellent knowledge of:
The Motor industry legislation
Local business market
Dealership / franchise systems and procedures, and working practices at a Senior Management Level
The interpretation of Accounts
Identifying and delivering an excellent performance through your team
Managing a site of circa 60-staff

General Manager Requirements:
Previous experience at General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of business role within a Main Dealer is essential
Proven track record in Dealership management
Excellent Leadership & performance management skills
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Business & financial acumen
Analytical and problem solving skills
Planning and organising skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
A Full EU Driving Licence
Great Computer literacy
