MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a Castle Pub in the UK, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving sales. You will train and motivate your team, ensure top-level hospitality, and help the business achieve targets.

The role offers up to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus and live-in accommodation, with extensive staff discounts across brands, private medical and dental plans, pension and holidays. A rewarding, fast-paced environment awaits.

  Salary Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus, plus live in accommodation
