We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and inspire the team and deliver an amazing experience to our guests at Bread Street Kitchen in Stratford.

Bread Street Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop, located in Stratford Cross is a stunning building in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the restaurant offers a globally-inspired menu of Gordon Ramsay classic dishes across two floors, terrace, rooftop and private dining spaces.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
• A confident, hands-on leader who thrives on driving excellence in food, service, and guest experience
• Commercially astute with strong P&L knowledge and a track record of hitting margins and targets
• Experienced with events, exclusive hires, and private dining.
• Strong relationship-builder who can connect with local businesses to drive revenue and lead local marketing initiatives
• Clear communicator with exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
• A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional standards at all times
• Acting as the face of the restaurant — inspiring your team, delighting guests, and driving the business
• Leading, coaching, and developing your managers and teams to deliver results and build loyalty & retention
• Partnering with the Head Chef to deliver Bread Street Kitchens iconic menus and commercials
• Maximising profitability
• Delivering amazing events, private dining, and exclusive hires
• Building strong local partnerships and delivering impactful community marketing initiatives
• Spotting and seizing new business opportunities that deliver long-term success
