Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a hospitality team to deliver memorable guest experiences and high-quality service.
• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure a seamless service from greeting guests to final delivery of meals and drinks.
• Cultivate a positive dining atmosphere, manage guest expectations, and uphold brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain profitability and quality.
