We’re looking for a cool energetic General Manager to lead our team in Pho Edinburgh on Lothian Road.

This is for a General Manager who knows their stuff, cares about the hospitality world, and just gets it!

Salary offer of up to £47,000 includes earnings received through tronc.

And on top of that, a bonus reward of up to £8,000!

What Pho is looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ General Management experience in bar or restaurant.
Passion for food and understanding of our fresh offerings.
Confident in financial P&L reports.
Experience with suppliers.
Comfortable using systems like Pronet, Open Table, Zonal, Harri, etc.
We just need a manager who GETS IT!
