Somewhere by Nico is an innovative cocktail bar that aims to redefine the bar experience through storytelling, multi-sensory mixology, and immersive experiences. Every six weeks, the bar introduces a new themed world, creating a dynamic environment for guests and staff alike.

Storytelling is central to the experience, transforming guests into adventurers with mixologists as narrators, enhanced by immersive narratives in every drink. The decor transports visitors to a dream world, engaging all senses during a carefully curated two-hour experience.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the brand new team at Somewhere. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and a natural leader, ready to oversee operations and create memorable experiences for guests and staff.

The role

The General Manager will demonstrate hands-on leadership, learning all aspects of the business on the restaurant floor. Responsibilities include managing a team in a fast-paced environment, overseeing front of house operations, and ensuring exceptional customer and team experiences. Strong communication, delegation, and collaboration skills are essential. The goal is to lead the team towards maximum productivity and efficiency.
