We’re hiring a General Manager for an exciting new gastropub with rooms in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Think: 70–80 covers, 9 beautifully designed bedrooms, a PDR, and a menu rooted in classic British cooking with European influences, built around exceptional ingredients.

This is a rare chance to shape a new opening from the ground up — with the backing, support, and freedom to make it something special.
