Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working at all times
- Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
- Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage
- Lead by example on reception and gym floor, enhancing member experiences
- Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
- Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Recruit, train, monitor, and onboard new team members
- Complete operational tasks consistently and to high standards
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
- Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptable communication and management style
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
