This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working at all times
• Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
• Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage
• Lead by example on reception and gym floor, enhancing member experiences
• Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
• Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
• Recruit, train, monitor, and onboard new team members
• Complete operational tasks consistently and to high standards
• Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
• React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
• Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
• Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adaptable communication and management style
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
• Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
