We're looking for a General Manager for the Station Tavern - situated a stone's throw from Cambridge Train Station. This pub is popular among commuters and locals alike, thanks to its beautifully crafted cocktails, evolving food menu, daily specials, and exceptional service. The pub features private dining/meeting rooms and a terrace for al-fresco drinks and nibbles. We seek an operator to deliver a fantastic guest experience and enhance the reputation of this well-loved venue.

Running a Pub for Young's:

We offer flexibility within a framework—you're free to decide what goes on the food menu, tailoring offerings to your guests and aligning with your business vision. You choose events and sales initiatives, the team uniform, and handle recruitment and marketing. We value pubs that are unique and entrepreneurial, and we seek General Managers who can put their own stamp on our businesses.
