Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Blisworth. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing a team to achieve both financial and environmental goals. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
