Role: General Manager
  • Manage the pub, uphold front and back of house standards, and ensure excellent food and drink service
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • Achieve targets in sales, profit, and team retention while maintaining a fun environment
  • Conduct stock control and waste management to improve efficiency
  • Create and develop a motivated team, identify talent, and plan succession
  • Perform employee appraisals and manage performance
Qualifications
