We're looking for a General Manager for a Community pub in Basingstoke. Salary £43-45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We’re seeking a great General Manager to lead the team at the Dragonfly in Basingstoke!

About the pub

The Dragonfly is a well-loved community venue with a modern design, featuring a central bar, a cake cabinet, and a Sunday-only carvery. It has a children's play area, a garden, a side patio, and a rear beer garden. Currently averaging £25,500 weekly sales with a 65/35 food to wet sales ratio. We are looking for an operator with carvery experience to continue building on its success.
