Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager...

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team, ensuring they are equipped to delight customers.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure safety for customers and staff at all times.
• Note: Successful candidates must already hold or be able to acquire a personal license.
