Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
- Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit and develop your team, ensuring they are equipped to delight customers.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure safety for customers and staff at all times.
- Note: Successful candidates must already hold or be able to acquire a personal license.
