The Farm at Avebury offers six luxury, self-catering holiday lets in the heart of a working farm. It’s the perfect setting for weekends away, family holidays, and events. Located in the World Heritage Site of Avebury, it provides stunning scenery, an ancient stone circle, and numerous walking trails. Guests can enjoy local farm produce delivered directly to their door and take advantage of beautifully unique spaces for events such as shoot lunches, exercise classes, corporate away days, and workshops.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Avebury for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the holiday lets, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and coordinating events. Responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising housekeeping, handling guest inquiries, maintaining the property, and liaising with local suppliers for produce deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management, including managing staff and overseeing daily operations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills for guest interactions and staff coordination
