Job Description:

Job Purpose

This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations.

You will be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues at your assigned sites. You may need to request specialist attendance after initial assessment.

The role involves technical repairs and PPMs, ensuring all technical and compliance paperwork is completed accurately and maintained up to date.

Key Accountabilities
  • Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within set deadlines and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
  • Respond promptly to service requests from the Helpdesk, assess the job requirements, and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Prioritize maintenance and repair tasks to meet response times.
  • Follow the purchase order process.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is completed and current.
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance at customer sites as assigned.
  • Attend relevant training to keep skills up to date with technical developments.
  • Follow the company's Health and Safety policies at all times.
  • Participate in a 24/7 call-out rota.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Hold a trades qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, Building, or Plumbing.
  • Previous building maintenance experience is essential.
  • Civil background experience is desirable.
  • Ensure quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Achieve PPM schedule deadlines.
