Job summary

Haven Holidays in Lane End is seeking a versatile General Maintenance Technician to keep our park in top shape and ensure a comfortable stay for guests. You will carry out regular inspections and tackle repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and painting as part of the maintenance team.

Responding promptly to requests, working safely and with a team, and keeping precise records to meet health and safety regulations are essential. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) is essential.
• Experience on holiday parks or similar environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem solving.

• Respond to any maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential; qualifications in any related trade are a plus!

• Previous experience working on holiday homes (preferred, but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
• Full UK Driving License preferred.
