Job Description:

As part of our Facilities & Maintenance Team, you will:

• Support our Maintenance Team to complete reactive, planned and preventative maintenance repairs
• Complete repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
• Perform general plumbing, carpentry and glazing repairs
• Handle basic electrical work and safe isolation procedures
• Carry out appliance repairs
• Provide quality workmanship and follow all Haven Health & Safety requirements

Pay Rates:

£16 to £17, £18 to £20, £21+ per hour

Experience and Qualifications

Ideal candidates may already be Maintenance Technicians or possess trades maintenance skills, or have DIY and general maintenance experience. We are looking for:

• Highly competent and confident in trade skills
• Experience in trade roles
• Full valid UK Driving Licence
