• Experience in mechanical works and general DIY tasks.

• Perform site facilities works including plumbing and general DIY.
• Conduct stock audits and manage ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job description

Typical tasks include, but not limited to:

• Site facilities works – Drilling, signage/netting, plumbing, brickwork, doors/handles, locks, barriers
• Stores / stock audits
• General DIY
• Ad hoc works

Your experience and background:

• Mechanical Knowledge/Experience
• General DIY – Building works, Plumbing, woodwork, etc
• Good with Hand tools & power tools – drills, grinders, jigsaw
• Safety Conscious as sole worker on tasks
• Some formal Qualifications would be ideal – NVQ in Mechanical works/fitting/Joinery
• Welding would be beneficial, but not essential
• Self motivated
