Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and reliable General Maintenance Operative to join our client in Loanhead initially on a part-time basis with a view to increasing to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General maintenance tasks including joinery, basic plumbing, electrical repairs, decorating, and odd jobs.
2. Ground maintenance, including pressure washing (training provided if needed).
3. Driving the company van to various job sites across Central Scotland.
4. Using a company tablet to accept job sheets and have them signed off by clients.
5. Ad-hoc maintenance duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Some experience in joinery and general repairs.
2. Ability to turn their hand to various tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and decorating.
3. Comfortable with pressure washing.
4. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
5. Ability to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
6. Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points).

Work Schedule:

1. Initially, 2 x 8-hour days per week.
2. The role has the potential to become full-time over time.
