Role: General Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting a General Maintenance Operative for our client in Hull.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and upkeeping the estate.

Duration: Up to 6 months

Pay Rate: £ per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Your Daily Tasks:

• Estate cleaning: sweeping, bin emptying, leaf blowing
• Manual tasks: digging, lifting (must be physically fit)
• Assisting contractors
• Minor repairs (depending on skill level)

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in maintenance roles preferred. Tickets for equipment such as strimmers and hedge trimmers are a plus. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and physically capable of heavy lifting.
