Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with the Facilities Coordinator and Management team to provide contractors access to sites across 9 locations in Doncaster during normal working hours.
  2. Perform planned and reactive maintenance as directed by site service engineers and the Contract Delivery Manager, including fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of equipment, systems, and services.
  3. Update and close completed PPM tasks in the CAFM system.
  4. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all company policies, client site policies, procedures, and working arrangements.
  5. Prepare and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safety.
  6. Supervise subcontractors to ensure contractual and site compliance.
  7. Follow controls within the Permit to Work system.
  8. Support static and mobile Site Services Officers/Engineers.
  9. Diagnose and rectify faults effectively.
  10. Assist site service engineers, contract management, and admin teams with daily operations and issues.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients and end users.
  12. Work flexibly to meet client and business needs, including responding to emergencies and covering out-of-hours work when necessary.
  13. Organize and oversee subcontractor labor as needed.
  14. Conduct asset collection and condition surveys to assist the Site Service Engineers and Contract Delivery Manager.
  15. Maintain health and safety records and promote good practices.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth contract operations within the region.
  17. Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation of site work.
  18. Inspect services and address callouts/repairs proactively.
  19. Participate in site emergencies and callouts outside of normal hours, mainly when covering for engineers on leave or sick.
  20. Perform tasks in plant room environments and at heights, using provided access equipment and PPE.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid Full UK driving licence.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Basic knowledge of joinery, general DIY, and plumbing skills.
