Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Coordinator and Management team to provide contractors access to sites across 9 locations in the Doncaster region during normal working hours.
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance as directed by the site service engineers and Contract Delivery Manager, including fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of equipment, systems, and services.
  • Update and close completed PPM tasks on the CAFM system.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, complying with all company and client policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
  • Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure contractual commitments and site procedures are followed.
  • Adhere to control procedures within the Permit to Work system.
  • Support static and mobile Site Services Officers/Engineers.
  • Possess fault-finding and rectification skills.
  • Assist the site service engineers, contract management, and admin teams with daily operations and contract issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and end-users.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours to meet client and business needs, including responding to emergencies and covering for engineers during leave or sickness.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractor labor as necessary.
  • Conduct asset collections and condition surveys to support site service engineers and Contract Delivery Manager.
  • Maintain health and safety records, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by site service engineers and Contract Delivery Manager to ensure smooth contract operations.
  • Follow all company and site health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Keep accurate site records and documentation of all site works.
  • Inspect service conditions and proactively address callouts and repairs as required.
  • Attend emergency situations and callouts outside normal hours, occasionally covering for engineers on leave or sick leave.
  • Work in plant room environments and at heights using platforms and ladders, with all access and PPE provided.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Current Full UK driving licence.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Basic knowledge of joinery, DIY, and plumbing.
