We are currently recruiting for our prestigious client based in Telford for a General Machine Operative.

This is a temporary to permanent position.

Hours are :

Week 1

Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm and 6am - 1pm Friday

Week 2

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5pm and 6am - 12pm Saturday

You will need flexibility in working hours depending on work load.

The pay rate is £12.21ph

This role would include working on machinery and heavy lifting. Experience is required for this position.

Duties include;

• Reviewing products against a specification sheet




• To report any deficiencies in product




• To report any deficiencies of plant and equipment




• Using machinery




• Maintain and use heavy machinery




• Observe all safety regulations




• To complete all necessary quality assurance paperwork correctly




• To ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment

Previous roles: General Operator, Machine Operator, Extrusion Operator
