Job Profile

• Working within the General Property team, you will manage property claims ranging from minor damage to major and catastrophic events.
• As a Commercial/Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will be assigned your own region and a mixed claims portfolio.
• The role is home-based with regular regional travel throughout North London and surrounding counties, with occasional overnight stays depending on location.
• You will support clients by proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims, valued up to £100k.
• Claims can vary in complexity, so it's essential to approach each case with tact and professionalism, investigating each claim thoroughly, establishing facts, and working towards resolution.
• Candidates must demonstrate previous loss adjusting experience dealing with domestic or commercial losses.
• You must be able to work from home and be self-motivated, adhering to SLAs and KPIs throughout each claim process.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, and progression towards professional qualifications such as CertCILA, DipCILA, ACII, or ACILA would be beneficial.
