Randstad CPE is recruiting dedicated general labourers to support a major infrastructure project at Catterick Garrison. The role emphasizes site cleanliness, material handling, logistics, and strict safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have BPSS clearance, a valid CSCS card, prior construction site experience, and a professional, reliable work ethic. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and bring their own PPE.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance required with clean criminal record and right-to-work status
• CSCS card mandatory for site entry
• Experience on construction sites required; MoD/high-security site experience advantageous
• Professional, punctual and reliable work ethic essential
• Own full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots) required

Responsibilities

• Site maintenance to keep the area clean, tidy and compliant with safety standards
• Support skilled trades with material handling and preparation
• Safely unload deliveries and distribute materials across the project
• Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks as directed by Site Manager
• Adhere to base security protocols and site safety regulations
