Confined Spaces Operative – £13/14 per hr Paisley – 40 hrs per week (minimum)

AM2PM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading waste management company based in Glasgow. We are currently looking for a Confined Spaces Operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and inspection tasks within confined spaces such as tanks, sewers, culverts, and chambers.
  • Operate specialist equipment including breathing apparatus, air monitoring systems, and high-pressure water jetting tools.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately and on time.
  • Support emergency response call-outs when required (on-call rota basis).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confined Spaces Certification – Essential
  • Experience in industrial or waste management environments – Preferred
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in challenging environments
  • Strong awareness of health and safety standards
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Required
