Job Opportunity: General Handyperson/Grounds Person at Aramark UK

Aramark UK is currently recruiting for a General Handyperson/Grounds Person to join our team at Regents Park Barracks, London.

Your responsibilities will include collecting and disposing of all dry refuse within the camp and surrounding area, transporting waste from bins to the waste compound, performing handyperson tasks, and other general labour duties.

Eligibility criteria for this role include:

• Residency in the UK for the past 5 years
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to pass security vetting and enhanced DBS checks

• Full-time position, 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30 and 16:30
• Hourly rate of £12.21

A Typical Day for a General Labourer:

• Managing waste disposal and collection within the camp
• Transporting waste and cleaning supplies around the site
• Performing handyman and general labour tasks
• Supporting site facilities and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials
• Providing litter picking services and handling white goods uplift and delivery
• Assisting with moving furniture and assembling flat-packed items

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and authorized to work
• Capable of passing security vetting and DBS checks
