PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to assist with daily operational duties at the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location, following maintenance schedules for the facility and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products, including driving and delivering miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse products and materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility and equipment's appearance.
• Contribute to achieving goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follow GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• May be required to drive and run local errands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of retail-related work experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management and mechanics.
• Demonstrate abilities in business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Frequently lift 51-70 lbs.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
• Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
• Work hours may vary outside normal hours to meet seasonal demands.
• Willingness to participate in required training related to company policies and position requirements.
