Purpose of the Post
  • Ensure the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of our work.
  • Assist the Cook in preparing simple food, serving, setting up, and cleaning.
Main Duties
  • Assist in food preparation and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Perform general kitchen duties, including washing dishes and setting/clearing equipment.
  • In the absence of the Cook, take charge of the kitchen if no Assistant Cook is present.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and wear clean overalls.
