Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook in Charge with normal kitchen duties for preparation, cooking and serving of food and drinks to Powys Catering Services standards.
• Support and promote the Catering Service and its objectives daily.
• Set up and clear dining area tables and chairs in readiness for meal service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy during meal preparation and wash cutlery and utensils.
