Job summary

Corpus Christi Catholic College is seeking a General Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team on a term-time basis. The role requires someone who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen and support the daily lunch service for students.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in catering and be comfortable working with young people in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to ensure high standards of service and food safety are maintained.

We are looking for a hard-working, efficient and reliable General Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have some experience and knowledge of working within a catering environment, ideally on a large site, however training will be provided.

Candidates must be comfortable working with young people in a fast-paced catering environment.

Working hours are 18hrs 20 mins per week (10:20am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday). The role is term time only (38 weeks).

Employment is conditional on confirmation of the right to work in the UK - either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa. All new appointments are made subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probationary period.
