We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our General Insurance (GI) Commercial Finance team. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with senior business leaders to drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver sustainable income and profit growth You'll provide insightful financial analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital and Cash Flow, ensuring performance is clearly understood, effectively managed, and accurately reported. Through strong business partnering and high-quality management information, you'll help shape commercial decisions and influence business outcomes. You'll also play a key role in developing plans, financial forecasting, and scenario modelling, challenging assumptions to ensure targets are achievable and long‑term profitability is maintained. In addition, you'll support strategic initiatives and pricing decisions by assessing the financial impact of proposed changes and helping prioritise business investment and transformation activity.
