Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a General Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our Manufacturing Plant. You will be joining our Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Role of 37.5hr per week - working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm daily plus option for overtime. If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
2. Operate cleaning equipment including Floor scrubber drier in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
3. Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
4. Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
5. Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills & Key requirements

1. Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
2. Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
3. Experience with working to tight schedules.
4. Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
5. Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
