General Handyperson
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Location: Paddington Station
Rate: £18 per hour CIS + Overtime for Nights & Weekends

Are you a skilled individual with a general building background? Our client is seeking a reliable handyperson to perform maintenance and repairs at Paddington Station.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance and repairs, including toilets, door handles, drains, guttering, roofing, and more.
• Painting, filling, and plastering as required.
• Supervising subcontractors and checking site paperwork.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30
• Overtime available for nights and weekends.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Live locally to Paddington Station.
• Availability to start within a week’s notice.
