General Foreman / Senior Site Supervisor

Civils General Foreman / Senior Site Supervisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30

Location: Pirton Lane, Churchdown, Gloucestershire

Project Duration: Until the end of September 2025

Qualifications: CSCS or SSSTS required; First Aid desirable

Responsibilities:

1. Brief workforce on daily tasks and deliver start of shift briefings
2. Supervise onsite workforce
3. Ensure work is properly planned, including availability of plant, equipment, and materials
4. Monitor health & safety compliance on site
5. Check quality of works in collaboration with Engineer
6. Ensure plant checks are completed, including daily checks and weekly inspections (PUWER/LOLER)
7. Coordinate with site manager on shift tasks and additional works from the client
8. Manage call-offs for concrete and aggregates

Team Composition:

Up to 2 gangs of 3 operatives each, along with subcontractors (surfacing, TM, lining, etc.)
