Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced General Foreman for an immediate-start contract across two substations in West Scotland. The role covers sequential site leadership, coordinating trades, deliveries and safety, with a 50-hour week and a daily rate of £350.

The contract runs through 23 December 2026, with mobility across Craig Murrail and Crarae substations and a focus on meeting programme milestones and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as General Foreman or Site Supervisor in heavy civil or commercial construction.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities and trades.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and trade coordination.
• Deliver daily morning briefings, toolbox talks, and activity hazard assessments.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant movements, and material deliveries.
• Supervise civil engineering and structural packages to meet milestones and quality.
