Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting for a General Food Operator (CIP) at Yeo Valley in Crewkerne on a temporary ongoing basis. The role involves supporting day-to-day production on the line, ensuring products are made safely and on time.

You will work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with pay rates of £13.24–£17.61 per hour and access to onsite facilities as described. Training will be provided and ongoing development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is helpful but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting forGeneral Food Operator (CIP)to join the team atYeo Valleyin Crewkerne. These roles are available withimmediate starts.

As aGeneral Food Operator (CIP), you will be helping with the day-to-day running of the production line, making sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Working on the line and helping with food production
• Packing products correctly and safely
• Checking that everything is running as it should
• Keeping your area clean and organised
• Letting the team know if there are any issues

What we are looking for:

• Able to work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• Happy to do manual work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food production experience is helpful, but not essential

Training and development:

Full training will be provided by Yeo Valley, with opportunities for ongoing support and development.
