We are seeking a Spray Operator/Combine Driver to join our team in Oxfordshire. The role involves operating CLAAS 8700 Lexion combine and Horsch equipment on a Fendt 728 tractor, maintaining machinery, managing harvesting operations, coordinating with agronomists and the farm manager, and ensuring safety and record-keeping using our ag system, XFarm.

Requirements

1. Lead spray operator and combine driver experience, specifically with CLAAS and Horsch equipment.
2. Maintain vehicles, machinery, and equipment to high standards.
3. Coordinate harvesting operations and manage tractors and trailers.
4. Work with agronomists and farm management to understand spraying needs.
5. Keep accurate records using XFarm system.
6. Work safely within the onsite workshop.
7. Perform general farm activities as needed.

Person Specification

1. Understanding of precision farming and modern machinery.
2. Proactive attitude with a focus on health and safety.
3. Experience in spraying with attention to detail.
4. Hold PA1, PA2, and PA4 qualifications.
5. Preferably experience with combine harvester operation.
6. Attention to environmental protection and detail.
7. Experience with large-scale cultivation.
8. Professional manner and proactive work approach.
9. Ability to take responsibility and work independently or as part of a team.
10. Current UK driving license.
